Beautiful Ocean View 2 Bedroom Apartment - A201

Positive: The quiet location close to Punta Coco (sunset, flamingo’s) and some very nice low key beach clubs. Easy access to town by taxi, but also possible to walk. The apartment is spacious and modern. Wifi was very good (apart from a couple of hours 1 afternoon, but that was a problem on the whole island). Washing machine was very much appreciated. Negative: No hot water in the kitchen (but the showers were fine). Sometimes there was a bit of a smell coming from the septic tank next to the swimming pool.

Positive: Cerca de la playa y limpio el departamento. Negative: Imposible encontrar taxi

Beautiful island great people . Positive: Nice cleans well maintained facility. Negative: Very far from town. Could not rent golf carts due to flooding. Condo above was extremely loud .

Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but I wouldn’t recommend. Positive: Overall apartment was fine and view was nice. Negative: The property is advertised to fit 6 guests (adults). It was not clear that the 3rd bed was a sofa-bed, which when we found out we thought was fine until we tried to sleep on it to find it was so small and extremely uncomfortable. After discussing with the host and despite their politeness, they dismissed our concerns and had no alternative option apart from saying they are happy for us to leave early. On arrival, we were also told that water was not reaching our apartment so we should avoid using where possible? To the point where we were advised not to flush the toilet unless absolutely necessary. Lastly, if you’re staying in Holbox for only a short time it’s worth staying somewhere closer to the centre. This apartment was over a 15 minute buggy drive from the centre. Overall, not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but I wouldn’t recommend.
